What is Crown Dental Plan?
Crown Dental is made up of a network of private dentists who have agreed to provide their dental services to plan members at reduced rates.
Who are or participating dentists?
Crown Dental Plan providers have established private practices in your community and will treat you in their offices throughout the Metropolitan area. They are experienced, dedicated, qualified professionals and are committed to providing you the same caring, professional dentistry that they provide their existing patients. Our dentists include general practitioners a well as specialists in every area of dentistry.
How does the plan work?
Once you receive your membership card, just select any dentist from our Dentist Locator and call to schedule your appointment. As a member you may visit participating dentists as often as necessary. You may change dentists at any time you like. At the time of your office visit present your identification card, confirm the cost of your treatment and pay the dentist directly upon completion as per our fee schedule. If the procedure is not listed on our fee schedule, our dentists will give you with a 25% discount from the usual and customary fees. That's it!
You don't have to deal with the hassles of traditional dental insurance. There are no claims, no paperwork, no limitations. You and your family can use your Crown Discount Dental benefits in addition to your traditional dental insurance and save even more.
